When will my monthly beauty box be shipped?

We ship our monthly boxes within the first two weeks of each month. Once your box is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

Can I customize the products in my box?

While most items are curated by our beauty experts to ensure high quality, we occasionally offer 'Member Choices' where you can select specific shades or product types for upcoming boxes.

What is your return policy for subscription boxes?

Due to the nature of the mystery curation, Allure Beauty Boxes are final sale. However, if a product arrives damaged or missing, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.

Are the products included in the box full-sized?

Each box features a mix of at least six products, including a minimum of three full-size items, along with deluxe travel-sized samples curated from top-tier brands.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. To avoid being charged for the next month, please ensure you cancel before the last day of the current month.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, Allure Beauty Box ships to all 50 U.S. states and territories. We are working on expanding our shipping options to international beauty enthusiasts in the near future.
